ROMBA, Reaching Out MBA, is a non-profit organization focused on empowering LGBT+ MBA students and professionals, and we connected with Andrew and Natasha via Zoom to discuss their backgrounds, how they decided to pursue an MBA, what attracted them to their roles as ROMBA fellows as well as their advice for prospective students.
